draws inspiration from secret and well-frequented beaches, backyard summer
parties, and editorial swimwear shoots. Influenced by both Slim Aarons’ famous photographs
of the rich and famous lounging around their splendid pools, and quieter days
in lesser known places, this series of paintings leans into the innate luxury
of balmy summer days. -
